RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please use the FERAGGIO return portal for a return label. You will need your track & trace number or your order number, which you can find in the shipment confirmation email you received when your FERAGGIOs were shipped. Please include a filled-out return form so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Can’t find the return form? Download return form

LUXURY OUTLET RETURN POLICY: When you purchase a Feraggio pair from our Luxury Outlet (listed as OUTLET on our website), you agree to the following conditions:

  • Return is possible; however, the purchased amount will not be refunded. It will be converted into a “store credit” (valid for one year). The store credit will be emailed to you as a discount code which you can use anywhere online, in our warehouse at FERAGGIO HQ, or gift to a friend;
  • Exchange is possible; however, we allow outlet pairs to be exchanged only once. You can choose any other pair in our store if the desired pair is no longer in stock. Please note, though, that you may be required to pay an additional fee if the exchanged pair you select is more expensive than the pair you originally bought;
  • If you would like to exchange for a second time, we will charge shipping costs for the return and the re-shipping.  These will be deducted from the Outlet Store Credit or billed to the customer.  

We just want to ensure that you know the LUXURY OUTLET RETURN POLICY. All other SALE items are subject to our standard return policy. 

TRYING ON AT HOME

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Please be very careful when trying on your FERAGGIOs, and make sure to take them for a spin on a soft surface, such as a towel or carpet.

DO NOT WALK ON A WOOD FLOOR, A STONE-TILED FLOOR, OR A HARD FLOOR!

FERAGGIO heels should be returned undamaged, unworn, and in their original FERAGGIO Black Box, including the original FERAGGIO shipping box. Unworn heels have clean soles and are free of damage; that means no minor marks of any kind. When trying FERAGGIO heels for size, please stand on a soft surface and do not remove the hygienic plastic strip until you are sure you are keeping them. Please do not stand on a wood or stone tiled floor.

Following these guidelines will protect the sole from damage and ensure your refund or exchange is processed effortlessly. Shoes returned without the box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France, please use the return portal.

Returns are usually processed within five business days of arriving at FERAGGIO. Please note that delays in processing returns may occur during the busy holiday season.

SHIPPING

Feraggio offers free shipping within the Netherlands for every order valued at €250 and above. Orders shipping to Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy are eligible for free shipping with a value of €350 and above. For all other shipping costs, please refer to the table below. Please note: Feraggio is not available for delivery to post office boxes or hotels.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped worldwide with priority high-level shipping methods. All shipments sent by Feraggio are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of delivery (guided by track & trace information), this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

TAXES & DUTIES

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Our product prices exclude all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As the amount depends on each country’s policies, please check the conditions that apply to your country.

INSURANCE

Feraggio ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We use the 'track & trace' information as evidence of delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Suppose you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift). In that case, we also use the ‘track & trace’ information as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Feraggio and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS; CAN I CHOOSE WHERE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If you are sending a gift or have a different location preference, such as your workplace, you can choose a different address to your billing address. Please note: Feraggio is not available for delivery to post office boxes or hotels.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

You can expect your order at your indicated address within the business days shown in our delivery times and schedule for each country. The indicated days start as of the receipt of your payment.

I PLACED AN ORDER A WHILE AGO, BUT IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED

Orders are dispatched upon payment. Orders are canceled if payment is not received within seven days of receipt of the order. If payment has been processed successfully from your account, please get in touch with us customercare@feraggio.com with your order information and proof of payment so we can send you your Feraggios as soon as possible.

COST OF RETURNS

FERAGGIO offers free shipping* for orders within The Netherlands. For other return costs, please refer to the table below. Return labels can be downloaded via our return portal (return costs can be paid through this portal). If the country you are returning from is unavailable via the return portal, you must use your own delivery service. In case of using another return method than the FERAGGIO return portal, please make sure to save your proof of sending receipt. Please note that if, upon receiving your return, we are required to pay return/additional shipping costs to your selected postal services, these costs will be deducted from your refund

* Luxury Outlet purchases receive one-time free return. Additional return shipping costs will be deducted from the Outlet Store Credit. 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Please note that Feraggios not purchased at Feraggio.com or our FERAGGIO Headquarters in Amsterdam cannot be exchanged or refunded. Also, we can only accept returns from the country to which the shipment was sent.

REFUND

A full refund is processed upon receiving the item(s) in the original packaging and condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

When you purchase a Feraggio pair at a retail price of €190 or below), you agree to adhere to the following conditions:

We just want to ensure that you know these conditions before shipping your order. If you missed this policy and, after reading it, have decided to cancel your order, please let us know, and we will issue you a refund.  

If we don’t hear anything from you within 24 hours of placing your order, we will assume you agree with the Luxury Outlet Return Policy conditions and process and ship your order.

All other SALE: non-LUXURY OUTLET & Full Price items are subject to our standard return policy. 

SALES TAX IN CASE OF REFUND

All sales taxes will be refunded if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Feraggio. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend hiring a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

LATE RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days following the delivery of your package. Returns outside this timeframe are at the discretion of Feraggio and will only be refunded as a store credit.

Feraggio heels should be returned undamaged, unworn, and in their original Feraggio Black Box, including the original Feraggio shipping box. Unworn heels have a clean soles and are free of damage. When trying Feraggio heels on for size, please stand on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. This protects the sole and ensures your refund or exchange is processed effortlessly. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE REFUND APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?

Our returns procedure begins as we receive your undamaged, unworn Feraggios in original packaging. We will refund your money within ten business days. 

EXCHANGE

If you prefer another size, color, or heel height, you can request this when returning. To do so, state the new size, color, or heel height on the return note. If this size is unavailable, we will inform you by email and refund you the amount for your purchase.

COMPLAINTS

All orders are personally checked, and hand packed. However, if you have received your Feraggios damaged or find a quality issue, please get in touch with the customer service team by email or telephone: customercare@feraggio.com / T: +31 20 822 80 29 (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (CET).

WARRANTY

You cannot claim a warranty where there is normal wear, damage by intent or damage caused by lack of proper nurturing following the care instructions.
